Great food for thought. I’m going into this weekend with my ears attuned…listening to– and more importantly for an actor–reacting to the myriad of sounds in the world around me….and how those sounds affect my emotions and energy.
Perfect! That would be a fantastic weekend for you! Such a great way to spend it. I highly recommend to check out the Julia Cameron’s book “The Listening Path.” It has a fantastic 6-week program to guide you through all aspects of listening.
